New Aspo started its operations: strong corporate brands offer an even wider supply of services

Aspo announced on February 28, 2008, that it will acquire the entire stock of Kauko-Telko Oy. All the approvals required by the competition authorities have been received and the transaction was closed on April 30, 2008.

Aspo's and Kauko-Telko's business operations have been reorganized from now on as follows:

• Industrial raw materials belong to Aspo's Telko brand
• Food industry raw materials and machinery belong to Aspo's Leipurin brand
• Other business operations are a part of Aspo's Venture unit

The structure of new Aspo has been presented more precisely on Aspo's web-site www.aspo.com.

Customers' contact persons and contact details shall remain unchanged.

In future Aspo's every business segment shall have its own web-site to serve customers in the best possible way. So far more specific product facts and persons in charge can be found on this site.
